1) Strengthen research
and development of engineering capacity
It is always Protronic top priority to strengthen its product development capacity with the aid of over 100 staff, both software and hardware, in the research and development department at Dongguan Protronic. They will continue to work closely with our personnel in sales, engineering, quality control and technical support as well as our customers’ internal development engineers and third-party research institutions to develop products that are responsive to rapidly changing trends in our industries. In 2007, our R&D team has come up with a number of award winning products that captured instant customers’ attention from all over the world. It will be continuous challenges for Protronic to stay in the leading edge, and at the same time continue to minimize product development time and produce marketable high-quality and high-performance products, using new applications of existing and new technologies.
2) Production capacity and capability
As at to date, we possess a grand total
of 500,000 sq. ft. of factory floor space.
Despite of our continuous business
expansion, our challenge ahead will lie
on how we can optimize the production
yield per square foot. Apart from achieving greater economies of scale and simplifying the design of new products using new technologies, more fully automated production facilities will be introduced from time to time, and we will continuously fine tune our effective management system and re-engineer the production process.
