The quality management system includes quality policy, quality manual, procedure and practice manual and a stringent control over the identification, approval, release, collection and disposal of all controlled documents. Statistical Process Control (SPC) is one of our most important areas in quality management as to monitor the condition and critical factors affecting the quality performance of each single product.

All vendor-supplied components are required to be inspected by our incoming quality control office. Our products also have to go through outgoing quality assurance inspection, the source inspection procedures and also Product Reliability Assurance Test to guarantee our products' quality and reliability.Vendor Assessment Program is also in place to assess the performance of our core vendors in Protronic.

Production planning is another key factors to our success. To minimize incidents happening during mass production, the project management team conducts regular Strengths,Weaknesses,Opportunities,and Threats(S.W.O.T) . analysis and tackles every abrupt incident within the same day .
